Naming Ceremonies welcome babies, toddlers or children of any age into their families and communities and celebrate the special names that their parents or carers have bestowed upon them. In some respects, Namings are similar to the religious christening or baptisms undertaken by churches, but generally without the religious elements. For costs and inclusions, click here.
Renewal of Vows Ceremonies
Once you've said "I Do", you might like to celebrate special milestone events in the future by saying "I Do Again" - renewing your marriage vows. These ceremonies are just like another wedding but without the legal significance, as you're already married. They provide a wonderful opportunity to involve family and friends, if desired, and can be planned as part of a special event or to take loved ones completely by surprise. Funeral & Memorial Ceremonies
Farewelling family and friends is one of the hardest things we have to do in this life. While many funerals and memorial ceremonies are conducted by churches, they can also be conducted as civil ceremonies (services without religion) which do exactly the same thing - help those left behind say goodbye and honour the memory of those who've passed. Civil funerals and memorials do this without religious elements or fervour, focusing on the celebration of the life lost and what that person meant to those left behind.
